These Terms and Conditions, the use of this website and any order or purchase made through the facilities of this website shall be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. The user is also responsible for complying with these laws. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply.

You may only purchase or order items for non-commercial and lawful purposes - any other use is not permitted, and you must be 18 or older to purchase from the website. You agree to pay for all charges noted herein as payable by you. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items that you may buy. We also reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

Esker Outdoors may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All sizes and weights quoted on this site are approximate. All prices listed on this website are listed in Canadian (CAD) dollars, and all charges will be processed in Canadian funds. 

Esker Outdoors will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within the time periods indicated; however, it will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control - all items are delivered by a third party, and delivery is governed by their shipping contracts. Where delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. We reserve the right not to ship to certain addresses.
