Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Our products leave our warehouse via our distributor Young & MacKenzie in Etobicoke, Ontario Canada Monday-Friday within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed via trackable methods. Shipping charges will be applied to all orders. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once the products leave the warehouse.

Orders shipped within Canada will ship via Canada Post or Purolator Ground depending on size and weight of the total shipment. Taxes and shipping costs will be added to prices listed on products. FREE SHIPPING on orders over $250CAD. Shipping surcharges may apply to larger orders, or orders shipping to remote communities.

Canadian tax will not be added to USA or International orders, but may be subject to local taxes, and may incur further charges including import duties, customs processing fees, brokerage fees upon delivery. It is the recipient's (customer) responsibility to pay these fees. Please contact your local customs and tax offices for more details.
